Slieve Aughty Organic Restaurant Galway
We are delighted at Slieve Aughty Eco Centre to have received organic certification, joining only one other organic restaurant in Ireland and the only one in the west. This means that we use certified organic ingredients and a special effort is made to ensure the use of local suppliers. Merel and Esther run the Organic Kitchen at our Silver Certified Eco Resort awarded by Ecotourism Ireland.
With creativity and a passion for organic food, our aim is to offer delicious, healthy meals using only natural and organic ingredients.
We specialise in private parties such as christenings, confirmations, birthdays, and family reunions, as well as hosting dream weddings throughout the year. For our residents, an organic buffet is served daily at 2PM and 7PM. This can also be booked for guests not staying in one of our spectacular rooms. In fine weather, Friday pizza parties are a great way to get some friends together for a unique dining experience, and for those simply looking for a day out the cafe menu offers a lovely selection of home made treats to compliment a walk, horse ride, or visit to the Enchanted Forest.
