Ride Safe is a co-requisite of the BHS Stage 1 Ride award and for BHS Equestrian Tourism Exams. It is also the only riding test that could save your life and that of your horse and can be taken by anyone ages 11 and up.  Visit The British Horse Society for more information.

Training Course fee €60

INCLUDES:

• Theory
• Practice riding the simulated road route
• Practice riding on the road
• Lunch on the training day
• Use of the horse for the training day

 

THE FINE PRINT:

• Students should bring a current copy of The BHS Ride Safe Guide (provided with your test fee by the BHS) and The Rules of the Road
• Candidates are responsible for their own entry to the test. This MUST be done a minimum of 14 days prior to test date, which means you need to book your exam by March 7th 2018!
• Training must be booked by March 13th. A 50% deposit is required.
• To book the exam, ring the BHS office on 0044 2476840482.  The current 2018 cost is £95 (this includes your horse hire on the day). A £10 late booking fee is applied to bookings less than 14 days prior to the test.  Click here to download an application form.
