Make something different for Christmas dinner!

Whether you are simply looking for something different to do for Christmas dinner this year or trying to find a recipe for your vegetarian family member(s), this cooking class is for you!

We will cover both mains and sides.  Try a beef wellington alternative to the traditional roast and a vegetarian empanada for the mains, and put a twist on plain potatoes with twice baked potatoes, some sure to please tasty salads, something different with dolmades (perfect as an appetiser as well) and Miguel’s super amazing red wine gravy.  We’ll also be sharing some ideas for what you can do with winter veg in case you happen to be an organic grower like us!

Includes a full meal to sample all you have prepared and a glass of mulled wine, as well as some extra recipes for more ideas.
